Coaching
What is coaching? – Be the best version of yourself!
According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is “a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.” The coaching process often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.
Why is it beneficial for you?
– It helps you define and achieve your goals.
– An opportunity if you want to take your personal development to the next level.
– An opportunity if you want to improve your time management and efficiency.
– An opportunity if you are still searching for or want to increase your motivation.
– A good opportunity to get answers to your career planning questions.
In addition, it can help you:
-Write your resume and cover letter
-Map your resources (external and internal)
-Highlight your strengths
No one will do the work for you, but you will receive ongoing guidance and support.😊
What is student coaching about?
Its goal is to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals. It helps them overcome academic challenges, improve time management, and develop self-awareness, which contributes to a balanced university life.
During coaching, students learn how to achieve their goals while increasing their self-confidence and developing their soft skills and stress management abilities.
This interactive process provides an opportunity for each student, either individually or in small groups, to find their own path and strengths.
The goal of coaching is to help healthy individuals and organizations who are struggling with certain difficulties or who simply want to improve themselves in certain areas.
During coaching, the coach does not give direct advice. Through questions and techniques, the coach helps the client (the coachee) find the answers themselves. The focus is on current tasks and future solutions. Coaching can be done in person or, in some cases, online.
Join the student coaching program and discover how to make your university career even more successful!
