Optional Consultation Hours for International Students
The Faculty offers optional consultation hours for international students, designed to create a supportive and interactive environment beyond regular academic activities. These sessions are completely voluntary and provide an opportunity for students to seek guidance, share ideas, and connect with others.
The consultations focus on:
- Fostering communication and mentoring relationships between different groups of international students at the Faculty
- Building networking opportunities among students
- Providing support with socialisation and addressing general challenges students may experience during their studies
- Brainstorming ideas for future events and discussing ways to improve the overall international student experience at the Faculty
- Offering assistance with academic questions and talent development
Please note that these consultations do not cover complex administrative matters. Assistance with issues such as administrative procedures or scholarship applications is provided by the International Coordinators and the Student Registrar’s Office (TO).
