Graduation Ceremony Registration

Dear Graduate Student,

Congratulations on your successful final exam!

We would like to inform you that the Keleti Károly Faculty of Business and Management Graduation Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, in Room F17 (“G” Building) of the Tavaszmező Street campus at 10:00 a.m. We will send the exact schedule to everyone in a later message.

Two relatives per graduate may be seated in Room F17, while additional relatives may watch the ceremony on a projector in Room F18.

Please use the form below to indicate your intention to attend (even if you do not wish to attend the ceremony)! Participation in the event is by advance registration only. You have until midnight on February 1, 2026 to submit your declaration, after which the system will close and no further registrations will be accepted.

Please arrive at the event at least 40 minutes before the start. Robes (“talár”) will be provided for the ceremony, which can be collected from members of the Student Council before the start, so it is important to arrive on time. The collection of robes will close 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, and anyone who does not arrive by then will only be able to collect their diploma without a robe. The administration of diplomas will take place on the day of Graduation Ceremony (25 February 2026). Tickets for guests will be also handed out at the place of Ceremony. Anyone who does not complete the administration at the given time will not be able to attend the graduation ceremony, even if they have indicated their intention to attend!

Those who do not wish to attend the ceremony can collect their diploma from the Student’ Records Office during office hours from February 27, 2026. The current opening hours of the Student’ Records Office can be found on the following page: https://kgk.uni-obuda.hu/tanulmanyi-iroda/
