About the Program:

This two-year development program consists of three rotations, each lasting eight months, designed to accelerate participants’ professional growth and unlock their potential. During each rotation, participants will work on a specific project, facing real business challenges and collaborating closely with the Grundfos team. As part of the program, participants will also visit Grundfos’ headquarters in Denmark to learn about the company’s history and vision.

Application Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Management Accounting, with excellent academic results.
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience after graduation, with a preference for 1-2 years of work experience (including internships or student jobs).
  • Strong analytical skills, a passion for learning, and a structured and curious personality.
  • An international mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical competencies, a digital and customer-focused approach, and an affinity for technology and digitalization.
  • Fluent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
